Employee, Expert or Staff
Booking Social let’s you manage your workforce effectively. All you have to do is to setup employees and set there working hours. Holiday management, leave management are part of the package. You will never get your employees double booked, our scheduling engine will manage the hard thing for you.
- Use Salesforce app launcher to choose “Booking Social” app.
- Choose service tab and click on “New Expert” button
Define the following fields to setup expert,
- Name – Name of the expert.
- Working hour – We have to mention when the expert will be available. eg. Mon to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.
- BKSL Account – Choose the appropriate business unit(Booking Social Account)
- Active – We have to make this active so that you can get this on booking screen
- User – If you want your employee to manage there calendar, you should create salesforce user for your employee and assign it to user here.
When ever an appointment is booked, do wyou want to assign your employee directly to the appointment. We have three types of facilities available. Following are the ways in which you can auto assign expert to appointment,
- Preferred expert – One to one assignment, when ever an appointment is booked it get assigned to preferred expert. Overbook is not allowed in this case, once the slot is booked no onther client can book the same slot. e.g. Spa employee, one employee can work on one client at a time
- Round Robin – Let you to form a queue and the slots gets assigned to each expert untill no one is available. Once everyone is booked you cannot book that slot. e.g. Call center, calls can be assigned to any of there employees in order.
- Multi Expert – If two experts need to be there for an appointment, use this configuration. e.g. Client demo, multiple sales executive working on a client demo.
